Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast!

I love avocado toast, but these days when I see it I'm always like, "where's the protein?" I got this one slice of toast to over 30g of protein by adding cottage cheese and smoked salmon (also known as lox), and it was delicious!

My seasoning of choice for this one is Spike. You can use whatever seasoning you love, or just plain salt and pepper. Just remember to season your cottage cheese and your avocado!

1 slice Whole Grain Bread, toasted
113g 1% Cottage Cheese
42g Smoked Salmon (Lox)
33g Avocado, sliced
11g Red Onion
Spike Seasoning

Makes 1 serving: 31g Protein, 6g Fiber, 346 Calories
